Hey Chicas!

I wrote an article about a SubieGirls meet in the DC-area that I attended recently. Please check it out! MissVenezuela85 was the organizer of the meet and she took the awesome pics.

Btw RideLust.com is looking to revamp the site so that it's a bit cheeky and appealing for women as well as the site's readership is probably 90% male - although the former editor in chief was a woman who did an awesome job.

If you have any tips on how to enhance a car news site to make it appealing to both women and men, I'd love to hear them. I'm a chick myself, but it's hard for even me to name women who frequent similar sites as RideLust. I see only a handful even on Jalopnik, which probably has several hundred thousand readers at least. Anyway, your thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hey Whtrexgrl, to reply to your comment from the article: I am sure that we could arrange something to come up to MA for one of your events. Not sure if I would actually drive but certainly fly. Just need enough notice. Course Blix has all the writing talent so really I would be there as a photographer :lol:
I do appreciate the positive comments on the photos but I do admit I couldn't have done it without the help of the folks that came and ofcourse my husband, Adam :)

Blix: that was a smart come back to that person. And since you are one of their writers and Mike gave you a nice little intro why aren't you listed a s one of the contributing writers? You should be! I love the article and am so glad you shared it on here :)
