I used black but there are various colors! John chose red, they'll be put on ina week or so..

Mounting: - i painted the dust sheilds too because they were rusty (expected on a 11 year old car!)

Hmm, maybe I should do this to my calipers/shield etc. right before I do my RS upgrade.

I'm so jealous! I was looking at pink caliper paint just this week and Peter was SO upset and begged me not to do it. HAHA.

if my car wasn't red and I had a red and gold scheme going... I would so paint my calipers PURPLE.

Good choice with black! I would prefer mine to be black as well, but hate to paint over the stock red since some people look for the red so it would be potentially taking value away from the car if I sold it.

haha thats true, for the gc its an improvement :)

If I had time, my calipers would probably end up black. But it looks like we won't have time to do paint them before the install tomorrow.

you can paint them while they are on the car

^^ yep we painted mine while they were still attached to the brake line.

mine are all gross over the red. its great.

but I HAVE NEW BRAKES NOW. (i will post a writeup lata)

haha we just swapped over John's calipers too, so now we have the extra set up for sale. and I threw a (very) quick coat of red paint on em.. :D if anyone needs em. they are off an L

awesome job! i just went to a local paint place and had them mix me a color similar to cherry blossom red (it pretty much looks bright pink) but it came out pretty good! :)

* ya we painted mine when they were still attached too lol
