Who wants to see it? I know Sarah wants to, and we chatted briefly about seeing it.
Does anyone want to make this a meet? I might open this up to Nesic, who knows.
It opens on the 15th :)

Yay for tonight!!!
I heard they had a special screening last night at blackstone at midnight. A few people from my job were talking about it.

Yeah, they do that for most releases I think (I've seen a handful of midnight releases). In Boston at the Fenway theater they sold out 13 showings, 12:01am - 12:13am and they had another show at 3:15am.

I loved the books... but don't care too much for the movies... still haven't seen this one (or any movie in the theaters in over a year for that matter)

I loved the first three books... but these other phone book sized things are a bit too much. It was hard enough getting the screenplay to accurately match the first three books... but for something this long ? Thats gotta be a real challenge.

Well, they are going to be splitting the last movie into two parts, because the book was so big.
I dunno, I got the book the day it was released and finished it that day too... so oh well, large books have never bothered me.
I think the one book that I felt took me FOREVER was The Agony and the Ecstasy about Michelangelo. That thing took me ages and i was ready to end my life and finally I finished it. It was really good though, just LONG.
