Well here is the write up finally. We had Megs lights out of her car because it was in the body shop which made is easier.

I started by cleaning the light with windex making sure all the splattered bugs were gone lol

then I heated up the film enough to make flimsy (the film is real stiff)

I used a little mist of water to allow film to slide

then seperated the layers

I then placed film over light

you have to squegee out any air bubbles.I used my fingers and a tint squegee I had

last step was to trim the film. It was huge compared to the actuall fog light

overall it took me around 2 hrs from start to finish all 4 lights.
My only suggestion is to be patient with it

it protect the glass of the headlights and foglights.
Meg just got the shoes and was lacing it LOL
