In her future:
Invidia Catless Bellmouth Downpipe

Im still a little new to it all.. So im trying to do some research on the performance aspects...

two things:

1) get a catless uppipe as well
2) dont forget you need a tune/engine management w/ the downpipe.

great link for info:

Personally, if you're going to do a catless DP, save up for a turbo back set-up. Listen to clips on you tube and check diff brands/combos. You may get a rumble louder than you bargain for if you don't do the research. ;)

You can get some SPANKIN' deals in the classifieds. I bought my first turboback for $300. I upgraded my whole set-up and bought my prodrive oval tip axle back for $300.

If this is still available you could probably offer $400 and he may take it:

This one is a bunch less than your price cap:

Check the tristate classifieds b/c you're so close. Also, ctsubie and csc. I'm sure you can find something reasonable to start with. You can always save/upgrade later.

I sold my first exhaust for what I paid for it. Use your feminine wiles to make the magic happen. ;)

Hi and welcome! :D

I'm gonna toss this out as a suggestion, since your most likely going to be keeping your mods clean and simple power-wise: Why not pick up a Cobb AccessPort instead of getting a protune?

The AccessPort isn't cheap at first glance, but I'm suggesting it because if you get your cat-less DP and get tuned, and you decide to buy an intake, headers etc. you have to go get re-tuned. And pay whatever the tuner charges. Again. Cobb has a pretty extensive off the shelf tuning library, so when you get a new engine mod, you simply pop onto Cobb's website, find the tuning map that fits your mods and load it onto your car. Quick, simple and worth a look!

How much did that cost if you don't mind me asking. I wanted to do that. But the idea of drilling holes makes me .

If you are getting new upper and lower grills, are you gonna sell the stock grill?
