So that if we haven't gotten to approve them yet they can be like, HEY approve me! I am not a spam bot!

hmn... what works really well for me (because I used to always have to approve new members) is I added a simple question to the registration process. "2+3=?" anything but 5 and it won't let you register. haven't had too many problems with spam since adding it
