He didn't plan on staying just Moscow as he ended up doing, but he meet a girl and got engaged so he ended up only visiting Moscow, St Petersburg and what he & Zhenya called "the country" I think just outside of Moscow but I'm not sure. Looking back he wished he had traveled around more of Russia. Which is why I keep telling him to take me! hahaha
I want to travel along the Trans-Siberian Railway across Russi and into China, sounds exciting to me.

About Trans-Siberian Railway is a good idea. Only cities with a visit to Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Irkutsk. Then it is possible in China.
