We were at the house of one of my husband's co-workers and he had a big backyard that was fairly flat with some trees....so he decides that he wants to do some rally driving in the back yard with my STi (to test out the new mudflaps):rolleyes:.....does his thing sliding around in and out of trees without crashing so no problems....we go to a fair the folowing day after some heavy rain and as we're leaving the fiar...there was a huge puddle about 4-5 inches deep....he tells me to hit it to make a big splash....so i hit it at about 30 mph...awesome splash on both sides of the car....we get home about 15 minutes later and as I'm making a left turn onto our street...we hear scrapping....make a left onto the driveway...we hear more scrapping....he gets out to look as I'm still sitting in the drivers seat.....he looks up and I KNOW something is wrong:(

I get out and there is about 6 inches left of my orignal lip leftover...i was HOT:mad: .....he wanted to get me the replica replacement but I wanted the real thing... no imitations for my STi.... $505 brand new....:eek: oh well...it was his fault...now my car is whole again:p

it was all the blunt pressure/force of hitting the water at speed that ripped off the lip....didn't even feel it.....you're fine going thru puddles...just don't hit them dead on at 30 mph;)...lesson learned.....the hard way...expensive piece of plastic.....but it does it's job at high speeds....keeps the nose planted *so i've heard*

wassup my subie chicks...and ..."guys".......yeah....i drive..."slow".....wanna hear some sh@t??!....we just got back from taking my daughter and godson out to see Disney Live at the Prudential Center in New Jersey....when our next door neighbor tries to park infront of my husband's WRX....clips his driver side bumper and gashes it with her sharp azz tipped exhaust....pulls the bumper down a lil and says she didn't think she hit it even tho he was standing 5 feet away and watched his toy get hit.....3 hours later...still waiting for the Policia to make a report.....yea...

Dam dumb ass drivers, thats like the other day I go out and find the subie cramped in between the tinyest spot ever thanks to my asshole neighbor pulling up to my ass as close as he possibly could, like does nobody have any distance perception? wtf if u think ur too close you probably are.....
