WBM activities

Alright girls, time to get serious about WBM.

What are our choice of activities for the kids, who is willing to take care of what, and we should probably order now stuff we want online. I know Sarah and Margo did a lot of things already, do you girls have a time table or something, a list of what we need?
You can't obviously do everything, so let go ahead and help you.

I liked your writeup on OT about the charity. Can you maybe write something that explains what we are doing and the charity and what supplies we need so maybe you and I can go to various businesses and show them the letter and maybe get some free or discounted stuff?

We have to pay for everything up front, and we will get reimbursed from WBM for the budgeted items (we have a kids tent budget, I will let you know the amount later).

Kids scavenger hunt?

Remote control car race? Not exactly like the photo below, but if we get some room I can tape off a track & use cardboard or something as a barrier.

I have a table at my work for kids that has a small track with little magnetic cars... covered on top with plexiglass so nothing can be taken out of it. You control the cars from underneath with magnetic wands. It's pretty cool, but would probably only amuse the youngest kids. I'm not even sure I'd be allowed to borrow it, but I could ask. Similar to this:

I think over all it's pretty taken care of. The day of we just need to get all the car kits and coloring stuff organized. I'll post the work schedule today so everyone can see where they are and when.
