There a bunch of autox Subie guys around my way and they let me know with the more agressive sways..the PLASTIC endlinks will snap over a period of time..they are pretty cheap looking.....how do you like those inserts??...What springs do you have?:D

Well...she made 275whp/295wtq on a mustang dyno.....which shows about 30whp less than a dyno jet.....so as long as I have more than my hubby...I'm good to go;)

Hey Amy, yes it is an 07 Limited. I'm LOVING the HKS CBE along with the Cobb Catted DP. It sounds MEAN and your car WILL be heard before it is seen with that deep boxer rumble. You'll be breakin necks;) You'll love yours when your baby is up and running.

It's kinda scary (and really bad for the motor and axles actually) and primarily used for drag racing. It's part of the tune the Chris and EFI did for me. Free revs to 4 grand and stays there (foot to the floor) until i drop the clutch. Takes off like a bat outta hell chirping/spinning if i had a built motor, it would be able to handle the abuse.

1/4 mile strip. EVO Vs STi March 6th @ Raceway Park, Englishtown NJ, seriously considering it. Was talkin with a few friends up my way and they do not recommend using it unless i wanna break something. Sooooo.....

Sarah, the works are in for some EFi pistons, DOM 2.5r and Perrin Steath FMIC and some vasrious other goodies to get me to 350+ whp;) (I'm gunnin for Amy) hopefully before the end of this year!! Track season is gonna be EXPENSIVE!!!

Oh BTW, my hubby broke my V-Limited Replica lip sliding in the snow last week!! I'm so pissed because this is the second lip he's busted. The lip is being held on by a "bandaid" until HE can take it off and epoxy it and slap it back on. The real one goes back on when Winter is over.:(

Ya Iv actually never tried launching, I guess Iv never found a chance where I can do it around here.... Gotta go out into the small surrounding towns and find a good spot to try.... And every time I run into someone who wants to race its usually on the highway so havent had a chance then either....

and im sure it will be cool still, I have a bad feeling this winter is gonna bite us in the ass after such a mellow season....

About launch control- a lot rally cars have it as well. Let me tell you about the last event though- I could barely touch the gas when starting at the line- (fwd & mfactory diff) made it so hard to start...

I am going to do at least one track day to get ready for the next rally (tarmac) wanna come w/? You will kick my little teal butt!

Sorry i haven't been around ladies. Been super busy at home and haven't had time to fill you all in with my bad stroke of luck. SOOOOO....where do I begin?

(1) Started practicing with the launch control feature with my Stage2 Tune for EVO vs STi day at E-Town a few weeks back and on my third try, BANG!!! Somewhere behind the front seats, the car sounded like it exploded. We checked and everything seemed fine but i didn't run it at E-Town. I let the hubby do it and he ran a 13.6 @ 104. Still driving fine just don't know what it is.

(2) Got rear ended slightly by someone who had no license/suspended and no insurance and had pity on him cause he has a family to support so we didn't get a police report done so he didn't go to jail and the lady's car he was driving wouldn't get impounded. The lady said she appreciated what we did and would take care of the damages. Got 2 estimates both in the high 500's and now she thinks that's too much. So trying to get that sorted.

(3) We never park my car in the street but the recent storms messed up the gutter on the roof so it needed to be replaced. Parked the car in the street for about an hour and come back to find that someone doored my driverside rear door so hard that it needs to be replaced. $1600 worth. It didn't trade any paint so i have no idea who did it. But it messed up the brace inside the door and expanded the metal skin.

Needless to say I'm not a happy camper. But the STi is goin up on the lift on Saturday because we think i tweeked one or both rear axels from the launch control launch because I have a vibration that shakes the whole car while it's under load at 65-75mph.

I'll keep you all posted with the issue. Never dragging the STi again though:(

That totally sucks! I feel for you on all accounts! I was rear ended about a month or so after i got my hatch by someone with no Insurance too and they gave phony info & now I can't even find them to take them to small claims court. They did only $600 visable damage but I also have a rattle back there that we can't pinpoint now too. I am totally blown away at how some people can go thru life & get away with not doing the right thing. :( sorry again

Hey Ladies.....I'm back but under such woeful circumstances :( Whit's bugeye is hurt with bad coils packs and a leaking rear main seal so he's been driving my STi. Sad to inform you that he now has added 17,000 miles in 3 months and broke 80k on the ticker. I figured I'd make a public declaration of the azz whooping he's gonna get if he doesn't fix his car and stop racking miles on my baby. ;)

-Kelford 264 Cams
-Valve Springs
-ARP Head Studs
-KS Tech 73mm Turbo Inlet
-TGV Deletes
-Blouch DOM 2.5XTR
-Grimmspeed Port and Polished Exhaust Manifold
-Grimmspeed Boost Controller
-Catless DP (don't know which one yet)
-08 STi Oil and Water Pumps
-All new belts around (Alt, AC and Timing)

Bugeye:
-My used STi Shortblock with EFI pistons
-ARP Headstuds
-That's it...

BTW, Whit just broke 82k in the STi.....grrrrr
