(Hartford) Bradley International (BDL) is about 35 minutes from event site. It's actually right next door to ECS Performance, where the PreMeet was last year.

Providence TF Green (PVD) is about an 1:40 from event site.

Boston Logan International (BOS) is about is also about 1:40 from event site.

hmmm, to volunteer for wbm or sg ? i dont think you made yourself clear sarah. if people volunteer two two hour shifts for wbm commitee then they get in free. not if they volunteer for sg, correct?

Wow already! Time flies! I can do a couple hrs in the Kids tent again. If we're face painting again though, I would need some help with that, as my artistic talent is null :lol: I attempted to paint a pink sti on a lil girl last yr and well lets just say Im lucky she was 4 yrs old and didnt care that it looked like a pink blob w/ a wing....

I will agree, I hope we have good weather again even if it's hot... it beats the rain any day, that way the venders don't pick up as much of the displays :)

Depends. The SG/SFB booth is selling Merch and answering questions. The SFB fundraiser is collecting money for whatever the fundraiser is. Maybe also heckling the participants. And the kids tent is face painting (I'm working on getting is stencils so the 'I'm not artsy' thing doesn't matter) and an easy craft or coloring rally car pictures.

Oh, wouldnt be much of help in the SG/SFG Booth. :D but I'd love to do the face painting, with or without stencils [; . Also wouldnt mind doing the SFG fundraiser, collecting money and whatnot. Dan and I decided we aren't going this year :( It was too far of a drive and the amount of gas it took just isn't worth it for us right now. We are both SOOOO sad we can't go beause it's the first year since we've been together that we haven't gone. :'( I miss the other location!!!!

We have some friends in Crystal Beach, Ontario, Canada that we might stay with Friday night to split the drive. This will add 1 hour to our total drive time but only 9 miles...

I'm trying to remember where I stayed for wicked big meet last year, but we had something like 15-20 cars in the hotel parking lot. It was a Marriott I do know that. I'll post up where I'll probably be hiding on the way down.
