So I was thinking that we should do a fundraiser at some point this winter to raise some money for subigirls to help with the WBM 2010. I found this idea on the website posted on OP. I thought a it may attract a good amount of people... thoughts and/or suggestions please...

Road Rally Poker Hand Fundraising
Attracts car owners and others. Charge a registration fee. Registrants recive clues to the route where they pick up one card from a deck of cards. Box lunches are provided at the end while waiting for all cars to return. The best poker hand wins the grand prize which could be a set of tires, detailing, tune-up and oil change, etc (hopefully donated). Other trophies and prizes are also awarded. It's a great fundraising idea and lots of fun. Be creative with the clues

I'm not sure we'd need to raise money for WBM but AT WBM and if we make enough at WBM then we'd be good for awhile.

But, I like this idea as an event we could do for scoobies for boobies. We've been trying to think of a car related fundraiser to do.

Question.... Is this going to be the only cause for 2010 we will be participating in?

The plan was to raise money or Subie Girls at WBM.

If you mean the only 2010 cause being Scoobies for Boobies... not necessarily. We try to do at least 2 events a year but it depends on what fundraisers you guys want to participate in.

We are a sponsor and some of us are participating in 48 hours of tristate. We will so scoobies for boobies and toys for tots and whatever else comes up.
