WHY IS MY CAR SHAKING?!? You has snow in your wheels, yo!

On a serious note, my car did shake once on my way to work at my last job and I was freaked out. Cleaned the snow out of the wheels and no more balance issues. Now I don't almost cry when it happens. Lol.

Yep!!....the whole balance issue was evident the day after, after it had partially turned to ICE. We've experienced it last season so we knew what we were in for.....Hehehehe....but it was a great time and it was only my second time sliding.

Girl you don't know what you've been missing. It is FUN!!! I finally got into it after YEARS of persuasion;) Plus you learn car control but that's just an added bonus. Get out there and sling some SNOW!!

I'm looking forward to the next snow storm so I can go play again. Just like road course performance driving, I'm hooked and want to learn how to slide my car in a controlled manner getting it to do what i want it to do.

I txt'd AFBeefcake at work on Monday 'cause my car was shakin' like a leaf!!!! I figured it was something with snow in the wheels but i wanted to check with him. he said it was snow in the wheels but there wasn't a lot of snow in there when I stopped....all the snow was in the wells. i'm sure that would cause it too.

Haha I need to introduce my Girlfriend to you, she is petrified of driving in snow, even if I am driving she hates it.

Want to plan a slide together day? I have decent amount of training and can offer some useful tips- probably better in person but I will try here...

Put a piece of white tape on the center of your steering wheel- so you know where you are in the wheel.

Point your line where you want to go and gas/ left foot brake or handbrake to make the car slide to get you there-

did I explain that clearly?

So don't over steer- when your wheels are turned too much you lose grip-traction and control!

I live in Passaic and work at a shop in Union city- next time we get snow lets play!
