OK, so I'm finally doing a member journal for my hatch. I brought my WRX home in October 09. I picked it up after work & went right to my husbands work with an SPT catback stuffed in the back for him to install.

Its coming along, looking back on the pics from the 1st day I had him - its pretty sad looking! I have to split our fundage between both our cars so I have been working on getting everything we need for the tune squared away. I am waiting for a couple gauge pods to come in for my car & then the up&downpipe, gauges will be installed. Since the cars are both brand new we arent going to do much more motor work to them right now at least untill they are both paid off. So I will be focusing on suspension work & changing out covers & hoses on the motor. I would have loved a front mount intercooler but I didn't want to deal with any turbo lag - or more important any snow banks that jump out in front of me (lol).

YAY!!! My car has finally been tuned by Franz at KTR on a Dyno Dynamics Dyno!! We were all very impressed that my cars numbers were as follows without any fudge factors - max torque was just about 290 and the HP on the ground was 260, per Franz that translates to about 330ish give or take on any other dyno! The tune is amazing & my car is a beast now - thanks Franz & KTR :devil: Can't wait to get my other goodies on this week!!

What a pain in the butt it was to find one that fit with that Perrin top mount! I'm looking into the rest of the rear braces and hopefully will have some pretty beefy hardware by next Spring!

oohhh..gotcha.....duh :lol: The rear deck lid had to be modified which was a pain in the ars. It is this odd foam like material that is sandwiched between some metal..whatever it was a pain, but the actual install wasn't.

Thanks!!! Sooooo we picked up this little gem a 2000 Forester for my winter hooptie :love: YaY - now fancy pants can be a true spoiled garage queen/byotch :lol: Future plans include slapping my stock wrx wheels on for winter, some flaps & a couple other little goodies :)
