Changing Thread titles

Hey guys, I know with many of the other vBulliten forums you can change a threads title by editing the first post, going under the "Go Advanced" menu and editing the title from there. But whenever I try to do that here, it changes the post title, but not the title of the thread itself.

It's a setting which admins can enable/disable for users AFAIK.

I was under the impression that it's a pretty typical setting that only moderators/admins can change thread titles on forums. Just shoot me of Jess a PM if you need the title changed.

Alrighty then, could you change my journal threads title to just "StripesRX's 04 STi"? I titled it as I did before because I assumed it was the same as something like IWSTI, who allows title editing and when people update their jounals, they can update the title to easily let people know whats new with thier ride. But since we're a smaller community, guess it doesn't matter. Oh wells, live and learn. Thanks gals!
