so i figured i should start one of theses for the never ending project that i now call my car.

the boyfriend pushed me into this car and by the time we finally found one i test drove it and was in love. i had driven his STI but my car, he has even admitted, is more comfortable and easier to drive.

not even a week after i had it, the parts were ordered and any and all warranties are soon to be voided...lol

so far we have the:

cobb accessport
Magnaflow catback
Invidia down pipe
SPT intake
HIDs
Rally Armor UR flaps



To Come:
Bigger turbo, 18g or bigger
Tial 38mm external wastegate, probably not recirc but who knows
Brembos :/, powdercoated black and rebuilt

850cc injectors

Whiteline camber kit
and im still thinking of more...

yeah everyone keeps telling me about this mod bug thing. the question is, does anyone know hot to SHUT IT OFF? cause i just bought the boy a '99 forester yesterday and already im thinking of mods for it and then i want to do more to my car. im going to be working to pay for my subie obsession... aaahhhhhh!!! anyone in here a shrink? lol

oh trust me... the bug is makin me itch for more let me tell you. i was just looking online at a JDM front bumper that extends the grill down into the front bumper like the newer audis... oohhh if it wasnt $2100 shipped id do it. this is an expensive hobby... looks like my closet wont be seeing any new shoes for a while. lol

The INVIDIA Catted Divorced Downpipe that i had to cut a peice out of because it was not allowing the waste gate to fully open... mother truker

still debating upgrading to a Perrin Top Mount or getting a FMIC... still dunno.
upgraded brake calipers... still dunno if i want the Brembos or not
gonna work on the suspension more, sway bars, coil overs...

BUT FIRST i need to get my specified map from COBB because although my specB is now a stage 2 my AP Program is causing my turbo to over spool and then my CEL comes on... YAY! so once i get that i can play with it FINALLY

And I'd say... go for the brembos! I'd say brakes are one of the best upgrades you could do. Especially when you are adding more power, you want stopping power as well too, no? You'll be glad you did :)

COBB just sent the new maps for me so we had to reflash the car and now im still in LEARNING mode so i dont want to constantly beat on it or baby it so i dunno yet.... i do know that its wayyyyy more powerful than stock though
