i just got a recipe from a magazine today for a pot roast... once i try it, i'll let you know how it is! but pot roast in general is always fabulous. i also love to make nachos (layer chips on the bottom of a four sided cookie sheet and top with browned beef, cheese and olives. put in the oven at 325 for about 15 mins or so or until cheese is melted and VOILA! quick and easy).

I'm a pretty good cook, most people call me giftdkook. tonight I had steak on the grill with french fries. It wasn't the greatest but what the hell.

Use to take potato's and when we rally the trail, the time we get half way on the trail we would take our potato's off the turbo, they would be cooked and we'd eat them. Bacon. cheese and sour cream.

Snowmobilers hate my guts because I just tear the trails all apart.

I'm sorry but cheese and sour cream does not make nachos. It's a good start, but far from a finished product.

I used 3 cloves of garlic and double the Worcestershire. They turned out really really tastey. =D

Here is mine,

What you need to do is go to walmart, buy about 3 king size butter fingers. Once you have that, buy vanilla ice cream.

Tools required, blender

Let the icecream soften by letting it sit on the counter. Once the ice cream is soft, put it in the blender and blend for a entire 1 minute. Add the butter fingers and blend for 25 seconds. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
