Good news and Bad news,

Good news is we got the final signiture we needed for our house!! Bad news is that means we can't even do little things to the cars, glad we're finished painting my car and getting my wheels! haha Now to just deal with them and be responcible home owners!

I need to start packing by the time we close I stil won't be fully packed! hahe

Jessica, I hope you hear something soon about the hosue you put an offer on.

settle in to the house first, then you can play with the cars ;)

that's awesome!!! congrats!!! are you going to get the tax credit, too?

and someone else put in an offer on the house we were looking at for almost what they were asking... we figure the market for houses in that area didn't call for that price so we let it go...

Jessica, that stinks. But there is no point paying way over market value. You'll find something better.

Our realtor is going to try to have the bank sign the dates as April 31, we'll see if they agree other wise I'm pretty sure we missed out. which will suck we were planning on using half for cars and half to finish off a CC. Oh, well.

hopefully the bank will do it!! i don't see why they wouldn't... they took FOREVER to approve you.
