I really don't understand people, this is just a vent :mad:
Well this past wednesday, I did the usual school thing. I park on campus because I hurt my back, so I have a handicapped permit. There is this about 20 car metered parking lot by the sports complex that sits up against a road, but you can't get into the parking lot from the road. When I am in my car, I see people actually jump the curb up the handicapped ramp to get into the pakring lot because they are lazy.
So I go to class at about 9am and return to my car at 4ish.. As I was walking to my car, I was looking and thinking why does my car look weird?
When I got closer to my car, I see that the front driver's fender is smashed in, paint chipped, scratches everywhere, and green paint on my car :eek:
No note or anything.
I was already having a bad week, and this was one of the things to top it off.. I called campus police and filed a report. They don't have any cameras over there, and when I told the officer I see people jump the curb to get into this lot, he told me "yeah I honestly do that sometimes too." And when he told me he saw green paint, I was staring at the garbage can thinking if someone threw it into my car, because people I know WOULD do that.
So I am getting estimates today, I'm not sure if I want to do a sedan front end yet. I don't even know whether or not to go though insurance. =/ What do you guys/girls think?
